The Anxiety Treatment and Research Centre is staffed by clinical psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and other professionals, as well as students and trainees from these disciplines.  Clinical staff are affiliated with the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioural Neurosciences at McMaster University.
